As we wrap up another school year, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt thanks to each of you for your unwavering partnership and support. This year has been a testament to the strength and resilience of our students, families, educators, and the broader Montgomery community. I truly believe it takes a village to ensure the success of our students, and together, we’ve made that happen.
A special congratulations to our graduating seniors! You’ve reached a remarkable milestone, and I am so incredibly proud of everything you’ve accomplished. Your hard work, determination, and growth have brought you to this exciting moment, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for you.
I also want to recognize the Class of 2026 as you prepare to enter your final year of high school. Your senior year is just around the corner, and I am confident that you’ll meet the challenges ahead with focus, leadership, and pride. The next chapter is yours to write, and I know you’ll make the most of it!
With summer fast approaching, I en-courage all families to keep students active, engaged, and inspired. This is a fantastic time for students to explore their passions, try new things, and continue learning in fun and meaningful ways. Whether it’s reading together at home, participating in summer literacy programs, engaging in sports, or exploring other enrichment activities, there are so many opportunities to keep their curiosity alive and strengthen the skills they’ve built throughout the year. Summer is the perfect opportunity to discover new interests and nurture the talents they’ve developed.
May is also a month of appreciation. From May 5–9, we celebrated Teacher Appreciation Week, a special time to recognize the hard work, dedication, and care our teachers bring to their classrooms every day. We are so grateful for the positive impact they have on our students and the lasting role they play in shaping our school community.
As we approach Memorial Day weekend, I want to wish all of our families a safe and restful holiday. This is a time for reflection and remembrance, as well as an opportunity to spend quality time with loved ones.
Thank you once again for being an integral part of the Montgomery community. I’m so proud of everything our students have accomplished this year, and I’m excited for what lies ahead. Wishing you a wonderful end to the school year and a safe, fun-filled summer!
